About the Instructor

Eric Wise

Eric Wise is a successful entrepreneur, proven technical executive, and internationally known trainer. His latest venture is Stage 3 Talent, which provides career management services to technology professionals and recruiting/staff augmentation services to businesses. Eric has a strong history of entrepreneurial success. In 2013 he founded The Software Guild, the first coding bootcamp in Ohio and one of the first Java and .NET bootcamps in the world. His second venture, DriveIT, was also acquired by Trilogy Education Services where his team closed and delivered 7 figure education deals with enterprise companies. Eric also believes in giving back to the community and works closely with regional schools and workforce solutions providers. He sits on the advisory board for the North High School technology and business academy, which happens to be one of the most diverse school systems in the state. He believes that building pathways in our schools not only provides economic opportunities for the students, but also builds a workforce population to make Northeast Ohio an attractive place to live, work, and do business. Outside of his business and professional ventures, Eric is the father of 3 children, dabbles in classical piano, writing fantasy fiction, and is an avid gamer.
